- GEA provides many convenient ways to pay your bill.
- Kiosks – Kiosks allow you to make a payment quickly and easily without standing in line.
- There is an outdoor kiosk in the right hand lane of our drive through. (Credit Card, E-Check as well as cash) please note that no change will be given for cash payments; a credit will be applied to the account.
- Phone – You can make a payment using your phone by dialing (833) 613-0602.
- Pay Now – For quick and easy payments without having to login into SmarHub, just click the “PayNow” button on the menu bar.
- Online / Mobile – You can also make payments using SmartHub on the web or with your mobile device. See our FAQ section for details or go to SmartHub online to get started.
- Office – You can always come see us at 110 N. College Street Greeneville, TN. We accept cash, checks, money orders and Visa/Mastercard. As of June 1, 2017, we can accept Credit Cards at the payment booths.
- Bank Draft – With bank draft your bill will be automatically debited from your bank account. Bank draft and SmartHub are two great ways to prevent a missed payment.

Payment assistance
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded grant program created by the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1981. The program aims to assist low-income households, primarily those who pay a high proportion of household income on home energy, in meeting their immediate energy needs. In Tennessee LIHEAP is administered through a network of 19 local agencies that reach all 95 counties. LIHEAP is one-time assistance offered to help defray heating and cooling expenses, as long as funding is available.
