TVA has launched an education platform to help everyone learn the “ins and outs” of solar energy and residential solar programs

It replaces our previous payment service, Ebill. In addition to paying your bill online, you can now preform the following tasks:

Prepaid Accounts
Accounts that reach a prepaid balance owed of ($0.01) or greater will be disconnected. This process will run seven days a week and disconnects will now occur every day of the week including weekends and holidays. Effective March 1st, 2021 a reconnection fee of ($5) will be required if the service is disconnected in this manner.

New Electrical Permits Process
Effective February 15, 2020, Greeneville Energy Authority will no longer be an Issuing Agent for State Electrical Permits. Permits will need to be purchased Online at www.core.tn.gov. For questions you will need to contact one of the following:
Community HELP
Greeneville Energy Authority has an exciting program called Community HELP (Heating Electric Lighting Program). Customers can choose to have their monthly electric bill payment rounded up to the next dollar amount with all proceeds going directly to the Food Bank located here in Greeneville. The maximum contribution per customer is $0.99 per month.
